Going To Bali

The greatest place where I had visited is Bali. It has so many beautiful places.  The first is Kuta Beach, Kuta Beach is the most favorite beach in Bali and, it has a white sand and beautiful view. There are many activities can be done at Kuta Beach such as swimming, surfing, walking through the beach, and relaxing. There are so many sellers at Kuta Beach such as accessories seller, temporary tattoos makers, massagers, umbrellas sellers, and hair brading service.  And the most important thing if you visit to Kuta Beach please do not miss the moment to see the beautiful sunset at Kuta Beach.

                                                                                       

Another place is, Dream Land Beach. I love this beach so much because the area has a beautiful beach and panorama, with the high wave reaching 4 meters makes this place become a favorite place for surfers and boogie boards. Dream Land Beach is similar in nature to the other beaches in Bukit Peninsula, but it is popular not only for the surfers, but also for the beach lovers. Dream Land Beach is visited by lots of tourists, both domestic and foreign tourists. Peak season at Dream Land Beach are usually happened on holidays.

And the last is about Bedugul Lake.  At Bedugul on the edge of the lake stands the temple of Ulun Danu, set in delightful garden. Temple buildings occupy two minutes offshore islets, and these, with their three and eleven tier meru, are hardly surprisingly, much photographed. The Ulun Danu Temple is dedicated to the spirits that control the irrigation system that derive their waters from the lake.

I thought that going to Bali is the most memorable experience because I can know about the beautiful places in Bali.

My Nice Friend

Let me tell you about a nice boy who name is Widi Sriyanto. I usually call him Widi or Srikiti. He has brown skin, pointed nose, and short straight hair. He was born in Jakarta on 18th of April, 1991. He is funny, kind, and friendly. His hobbies are listening music, playing guitar, and singing. He loves singing very much. He always spends his leisure time to singing and singing. Eventhough his voice is not good enough, he said that he will keep singing. In the future, he wants to be a musician and an English taecher. I am so glad to be his friend.

Cele Clothes

Have you ever heard Cele clothes? Cele clothes is traditional clothes from Ambon city. Cele shirt patterned geometric lines or small boxes. Cele clothes usually combined with a cloth glove whose color is not too much different, which is important to be balanced and harmonious. Whendoes the people of Ambon use that traditional clothes? Cele clothes worn in traditional ceremonies (the king's inauguration ceremony, the event sink the country, the country party, event pela heat, etc..) To be more visible in harmony, combined with fabric clothes. Cele placard called disalele. Use of this glove is on the outside and lining clothes in it. Gloves used to limit your knees and use lenso, namely handkerchief placed on the shoulders. In general, these clothes are used barefoot, but there are also people who use slippers instead. No lag, for women, though more beautiful, use hair bun. Chignon or bun bun month used is reinforced again with pin prick called haspel. Pierce the bun was really special because it is made of gold or silver.

Reasons for Drinking 8 Glasses of Water

Did you know? Why we should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day? Based on the information that I got, there are some excuse about it.

Replenishment
   According to the Mayo Clinic, eight cups of water a day is the average amount an adult living in a temperate climate would need to drink to replenish fluids lost through urination and bowel movements, perspiration and breathing.

Normal Body Functioning
   Water is essential for normal body functioning. It helps to keep mucus membranes moist and to produce adequate saliva. Water carries nutrients to cells and ensures proper absorption. Water adds cushion to joints and internal organs and aids in maintaining normal body temperature.
    
Muscle Health
   Water provides lubrication for muscles and joints, allowing them to stretch and contract to their full ability. Additionally, water helps cleanse muscles of chemicals released during stress or activity.

A Memorable Day At The Beach

This is story when I got my holiday on Kijing Beach, West Borneo. I went to the beach. While I was there, something happened to make this memorable day for me. I had started off early in the morning. When I arrived at Kijing Beach, there was not many people there yet. I sat down to gaze at the sea. Soon, however, the beach was crowded with picnickers. I changed into our swimming trunks and raced into the water. The water was cooling and refershing, and I swam until I was tired. The exercise had whetted our appette, so I ate my packed lunch. Then, I rested a while before going into the sea again. By mid-afternoon, most of swimmers had came out of the water to lie on the beach. I wanted to collect sea shells for my sister, so I took a walk along the shore. Suddenly, I saw a little girl about two years old running toward the sea. She went deeper and deeper into the water. Nobody notice her, so I ran after her. I reached her just as she got into trouble. She has lost balance and was sinking into the water. I picked her up and carried her to the shore. And then, her parents arrived on the scene. They had discovered that their was missing. The little girl's parents kept thinking me, which made us rather embarrassed. After that, I packed my things and go home.

Forest In Indonesia

Indonesia is famous for its rich natural resources. One of the resources comes from the forest. Many parts of the island are still covered by dense forest. We can find them in Kalimantan, Sumatera, Sulawesi, and Papua. Our forest produce, rattans, resins, and many others important exporting commodities. The forest hevealsoother function namely as reservation, prevention of the flood, purification of air pollution, and recreation objects. The forests can keep a lot of water during the rainy season. The goverment builds reservation and the farmer can use it for irrigation in the dry season. The forest can purfiy the air pollution, because trees need carbon dioxide from the air and exhale oxygen into the air. We can find many kinds of flora and fauna in the forest. So, we should have to do our best to reserve the forest safe and prevent them from damage.

For example, in Jakarta we can find the field of orchid in Taman Anggrek  in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. There have many kinds of orchid. If you want it you must pay the price is quite expensive. People have made an effort to make special orchid garden in their places. Many important guest are invited there to enjoy its beauty. Many scientists are interested in orchid and they try to make new crossbreeding orchid. They hare produced many kinds of wonderful orchids.

Today, you can find fast food in almost city in the world. In some places, you stand in line and get a hamburger or hotdog in a paper bag. In others, you can pick fish, chicken, pizza, or even Mexician and chinese food. And in some fast food places, you can even drive you car up to a window and place your order, and a worker gives your food through the window and you can drive away and eat in your car. In Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and hundreds of cities in Indonesia, new fast food restaurants open everyday. But, why do people prefer fast food restaurant to more comfortable restaurant? Where they can it quietly at a table served by a waiter or a waitress?
Two things to make fast food restaurants become popular, speed and price. People times are valuable. They have only thirty minute for a lunch. They don't want to waste a lot of time for a lunch and preparing food. The service is fast, so they can order what they want. Completed in less than fifteen minutes, and prices are inexpensive. Critics of fast food say that they are "junk food" which no nutritional value. They say fast food, such as hamburger contain too much salt, carbohydrate, and fat. But one thing is sure, people in everywhere like fast food and they food a convenient and economical way to eat.

Some people always seem to know what they want, and how to make use of their spare or leisure time. Other never seem to know what they want or what to do with their spare time, such these people  need to be told or taught how to make use of their leisure. It is often said that having hobby is one of the best way to use leisure. The kinds of hobbies we take up depend on out preferences. Some people are much attacted to beautiful things, for them painting or music perhaps the best pastime. Others are more interested in outdoor life like hiking, camping, fishing, or sport like swimming, tennis, and football. There are people whose hunger for the unusual is difficult to satisfy. They may like to collect stamps, rocks, driftwood, coins, butterflies, or even snakes. You can see now the kinds of hobbies you can take up. Some are expensive, other are relatively cheap. It has been known for people hobbies to turn into bio business and to make them a lot of money. What is started as a hobby can turn into a serious activity. Yet not all people who have hobbies started out with the idea one day they would make them rich. They started with simple idea of getting involved in something which would help while away the hours usefully.

Trauma Of Cat

Cat is one of the most animal that people enthused to be pet home. According their, the cat is funny, cute, and benign, but I don't think so. I think, cat is nightmare because his sharp nails and his fine feathers also can make me allergy and trauma. I am afraid of cat and I don't like cat, because I have bad experience of cat. I have been injured because I have been bitten and clawed by a cat. This certainly makes me trauma when I saw a cat.

Surabaya is the capital city of East Java. Surabaya also is the second Metropolitan city after Jakarta. Surabaya also has the longest bridge in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Surabaya also has many special food, one of them is Rawon. Rawon is the special food from Surabaya with the basic material is kluwek. Kluwek can made sauce become black. That basic materials mixed with Indonesian spice typical. Rawon made from beef but only the specific part of them. Rawon presented with bean sprouts and salt eggs. The characteristic taste savory and delicious, make everyone want more and more to eat it. If you wanna try, you  must not go to Surabaya. Because now in Jakarta have a lot to sell. One of them is in Restaurant Of Rawon Setan, it located in Fatmawati area.Beside that, have a lot to sell in the other place. So, good luck for this food.

Delicious Ice Cream

I love ice cream very much. If we talk about this one, what's on your mind? Ice cream was kind of food is very much like almost everyone, especially children. It tastes sweet and delicious, ice cream is also rich in flavor, like chocolate, vanilla, stawberry, blueberries, bananas, durian, mango, and even there is a sense of sweet potatoes, and much more flavor contained in the ice cream. The most I like ice cream flavor is chocolate and vanilla, chocolate and vanilla for flavor does not make me get bored quickly, different with the other flavors. Although ice cream flavor stawberry also no less delicious ice cream with chocolate and vanilla flavor. But not all the ice cream I like, there's one ice cream flavor that I really do not like, namely the durian ice cream flavor. Because I did not like durian, because the smell was very sting. I love to eat ice cream. On a week, I can eat three to four times. I always have a supply of ice cream in the fridge, so if I want to eat ice cream did not bother to buy anymore. All About Pontianak City

This is one story of my lived. When I lived in West Borneo. I have been living there almost 14 years. West Borneo, well known with khatulistiwa monument, the location in the capital city of West Borneo that is Pontianak. Besides famous with khatulistiwa city, tourist attractions, cultures, food, and the interesting place who I had been visiting are The Dark Hill and Long Beach. The location of Dark Hill is in the Sintang regency. Approximately 8 hours from Pontianak city. It has high 600 meters. There are has water fall and also caves. The Dark Hill located between two rivers, namely are Melawai River and Kapuas River. Can you imagine, how beautiful The Dark Hill is. Others than The Dark Hill, there is also other tourist attraction, namely is Long Beach. Long Beach is named because it has a length about 3 km. With sand, clear water, calm, with cool air, and it was very comfortable. Around of the Long beach, there are also has restaurants, hotels, and swimming pool. I am very happy to visit that place.

About the culture, if in Jakarta has Abang and None, in West Borneo so, and we called with Bujang and Dara. These selections are held every once a year, exactly on May. This event was held aiming for the younger generation sill know and preserve of West Borneo culture. I hope the cultures of Indonesia can be known to the world. Not only from West Borneo, but also all of the Indonesian cultures.

Problem In Learning English

English lesson, yeah every we talked about this one almost of people feels lazy, scared, and they think English lesson like a very horrible dream. Majority of the people are affraid and lazy to learn and to know about English language because :

1. Grammar problem.
2. Diffculty to speak up.
3. Understand the meaning.

Many people find the difficulty English language in pronuonciation, because they aren't accostumed to speaking in English. And to understanding the meaning, they also don't have enough vocabulary. I think this is the harder in learning English language is about grammar. Why? Because here we are must obliged to understand the structure of sentences. In grammar so many things we can learn, such as structure of sentences, tenses, and etc.

I know not a few people who understand and domineer about this material. If we are always learning and trying, the problem of pronounciation, to interpret, and also grammar can we domineers. So don't give up, everything is possible. Keep spirit. :-)

Leisure Time

Every day I am always busy with my activities on campus. Because, I have class from morning until noon, sometimes it until the afternoon. When I have leisure time, I always to set aside time to do anything that I can not do when I'm busy. In class, if there is not lecturer, I usually make a joke and talk with my friends. At home, I helped my mom, tidying my bedroom, watching television, listening music, do my assignment, and playing with my nephew. The rest, I use my time to hang out with my friends and take a rest.

Daddy Oh Daddy

Daddy.

Daddy is a man who has brought me up, take care, educate me until I was adult.Dad was a caring man. When I was sick, when I fell, when I cry, when I come home late. You are very worried about me. Even when I was scolded by mom, dad was the one who always cheer me up. 
 Daddy, when I saw your face when you sleep, there is peace, sincerity, compassion and there tired because of me. I always trouble you, I always seize your attention because you are tired of me. Dad, your age increases, your hair is not black anymore, wrinkling your face is very visible.

Numb a Moment

    There are many things what I was left out, because I life by running too fast. Just feel the breeze that apparent. Now I feel so tired and so sad, even I don't know why I was sad, I couldn't to said. Finally, I choose to be silent for a while and consider the people who I loved they're running in my head. It was felt weird, I could saw and felt them so close just a moment, they could met me. I can see clearly their backs until finally they began to move away out of sight. I choose continue my journey by walking slowly until I can pay attention around me clearly. It's true ! I was often ignore them (the people who I love) until they won't give me smile and say "hi", but isn't. I just realized as good as intelligent people, they can't predict their feelings, hearts, and mind of others. In fact, sometimes people are confused what they thought. Because tightness that isn't clear from whereever. I choose to sit and let my five sense pay attention to around me. I just smile, how small and coward I am. I couldn't share my world to the others people who I loved and those who love me. I was too affraid to say what I feel and I want to them.
